"My husband and I purchased a Sonoma Wrap just last month and I received a questionnaire from Rossmoor Realty however, rather than filling it out I thought I would take the time to write a personal letter.

Back in early June my mother came to visit from Carmel Valley. She had wanted to look at some houses available in Rossmoor. I didn't have an agent to work with so we called in one day, got the front desk and was given one of your agent's by the name of Drew Plaisted.

Rewind about 15 years ago, I had owned a mortgage company in Pleasanton and I am well versed in dealing with real estate agents and have a pretty high list of qualities that I feel a good real estate agent should possess. I rarely find an agent that I can truly say has all the qualities on my list.

After meeting with Drew, not only did my parents want to work with him, but my husband and I as well. We have been looking for new places to live and new places to invest in. After working with Drew the last couple of months, we have no desire to deal with anyone else.
